The Job View in ShopController is your central hub for viewing, managing, and organizing all your current and upcoming jobs.
1. Board View: The Popular Choice
- Upon clicking "Jobs" in the left-side navigation, you'll be greeted by the Board View, favored by many ShopController users.
- Each job is represented by a card, displayed across various statuses along the top. These statuses are fully customizable, allowing you to adapt the board to your specific workflow (See "customizing the job board" article).
- Filter by technician or employee using the dropdown on the right to see which jobs are assigned to whom.
2. Edit View: Tailoring Your Experience
- The Edit View, accessible through the icon on the right, allows you to personalize your Job View by toggling on/off different sections.
- Choose to hide the Vehicle View, Vehicle Info, Appointment Date, or Tags section if they don't align with your needs.
